We promise you that we will continue providing the best quality photographic services. In the mail order film processing industry, qualities of photograph and customer service were ignored. But we are different. We are successfully maintaining the highest quality service by developing several quality and quantity inspection procedures.
The First in the industry, we developed three-point quality and quantity inspection procedures when we started our online photographic services. Your pictures are inspected at least 3 times before leaving our lab. We guarantee dust-free spotless individually color corrected and uniformized print of each order.
The First in the industry, we give you a free Photo CD for every new film you send to us for processing. It is a high quality photo CD with resolution of 1500 pixel x 1000 pixel x 24 bit PC JPG format image and large enough to print clear 8 inch x 10 inch photographic print.
The First in the industry, we give you a Shipping Credit if you select your own carrier to send your film to us. You can choose your own carrier instead our free postage prepaid film mailer for your safety. Then, we will reimburse you $1.00 per roll (up to $16.00 or actual shipping cost whichever is less) if you choose your own carrier to send your undeveloped film to us for developing.
